The present invention discloses a network apparatus, a terminal apparatus and a resource allocation method, and relates to the field of communications. The invention addresses the problem of a reduction in overall system performance caused by all vehicles adopting a fixed four-time transmission when broadcasting service data packets to surrounding vehicles. The specific solution is: a receiving unit receives a transmission resource application request sent by a first terminal apparatus; a determining unit determines, in response to the transmission resource application request received by the receiving unit, a transmission count; an allocating unit allocates, according to the transmission count determined by the determining unit, a resource set for the first terminal apparatus, the number of resources in the resource set being equal to the transmission count; and a transmission unit transmits, to the first terminal apparatus, time frequency resource position information of each resource in the resource set allocated by the allocation unit. The present invention is applied in a resource allocation process. |
