The present invention relates to vehicle leather seats for anti-crease and, more particularly, to vehicle leather seats with an artificial cotton layer applied to the back side of a leather member. Due to absence of repulsive power or elasticity of the artificial cotton, bending or crinkles does not occur even though the leather member is applied to conversely or complexly curved surface of the vehicle seats, and thus providing a gorgeous appearance.
