The present invention relates to a transducer for speaker and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, a transducer for speaker and a method for manufacturing the same, which is capable of facilitating mass product and manufacture using a complex layer consisting of a plurality of piezoelectric ceramic areas independent from one another and a dielectric elastomer matrix area existing in one connected shape, obtaining a high strain, and being operable even at a low voltage.
