PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation device capable of easily measuring a positional relationship of an optical transmission body for an object.SOLUTION: The light irradiation device emits analysis light for analysing a fuel cell 1 from one end of an optical transmission body 21 provided in the light irradiation device, and position measurement light for measuring a positional relationship of the optical transmission body 21 for the fuel cell 1. Thus, the positional relationship of the optical transmission body 21 for the fuel cell 1 can be easily measured on the basis of reflected light 211 of the position measurement light in the fuel cell 1 and reflected light 212 of the position measurement light at one end of the optical transmission body 21. The position measurement light is emitted from the same optical transmission body 21 as the optical transmission body 21 from which analysis light for analysing the fuel cell 1 is emitted. This can determine the positional relationship of the optical transmission body 21 for the fuel cell 1 when the fuel cell 1 is analysed. Thus, in addition to determination of the positional relationship of the optical transmission body 21 for the fuel cell 1, the fuel cell 1 can be favourably analysed. |
