PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow acquisition of a highly accurate phase differential image even at occurrence of displacement of relative lattice positions in fringe scanning.SOLUTION: In an X-ray imaging system 10 that is provided with first and second absorption-type lattices 21 and 22 interposed between an X-ray source 11 and an X-ray image detector (FPD) 20 and that captures images at a plurality of relative positions while moving the second absorption-type lattice 22 relative to the first absorption-type lattice 21 in a direction perpendicular to a lattice line (X direction), a position sensor 24 is provided to detect positions of the first and second absorption-type lattices 21 and 22 in the X direction. A phase differential image generator 14b of an image processor 14 generates a phase difference image by calculating, with the use of image data obtained in each relative position and a detection value provided by the position sensor 24, an amount of phase displacement caused by a subject for an intensity modulation signal (a change of pixel data to a relative position) in each pixel. |
