Disclosed is a semi-submersible marine structure comprising: a deck floating on the sea; a working equipment installed on the deck to deviate by a set distance from the center of the deck toward the edge of the deck; and a lower structure positioned at the lower part of the deck. The lower structure includes: a first part positioned corresponding to the position of the working equipment; and a second part being the remaining except the first part, wherein the first part is heavier than the second part.
