PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for illumination light communication, having a simple circuit added for communication and capable of strictly modulating output light according to a high-frequency optical communication signal.SOLUTION: The illumination light communication device includes: a constant current source 11; a load circuit 12 including a light emitting diode LD1 and connected between the outputs of the constant current source 11; a load variation element 13 for varying a load current flowing through the load circuit 12 by being added to the load circuit 12,; and a switch element Q2 for switching whether or not the load variation element 13 is added to the load circuit 12, according to a binary optical communication signal S1 generated from a signal generator circuit 14. |
