<p>Chain terminal bands (13) that are each a source of chain terminal groups (13a, 13b, 13c, ...) and connector housings (11) are individually received from respective component factories to a wire harness (W/H) factory. The chain terminal groups (13a, 13b, 13c, ...) formed from the chain terminal band (13) are assembled and secured to the connector housing (11) after the placement thereof with respect to the connector housing (11) is appropriately selected. Joint connectors (1a, 1b, 1c, ...) having desired connection patterns are thus formed. Further, coupling pattern-specific identifiers (2a, 2b, 2c, ...) are attached to the joint connectors (1a, 1b, 1c, ...) to thereby enable the identification of the coupling patterns of terminal portions (15) of the formed joint connectors (1a, 1b, 1c, ...).</p> |
