摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for spherical ceramic powders and a manufacturing apparatus for spherical ceramic powders using a precursor solution of metal salt compounds and comprise: a step of preparing a metal salt solution by dissolving metal salt in water; a step of maintaining the metal salt solution in a solution storeroom with a constant temperature; a step of supplying the metal salt solution to a spray cylinder while maintaining the metal salt solution with a constant temperature by heating the metal salt solution with heat wires; a step of obtaining round metal salt compounds by spraying dried gas of high temperatures to the metal salt solution supplied to the spray cylinder; a step of calcinating the sprayed and dried round metal salt compound; and a step of sintering the calcinated round metal salt compound. The present invention constantly maintains the concentration of the metal salt solution stored in the solution storeroom by cooling the metal salt solution, with a cooler, evaporated from the solution storeroom maintained at high temperatures, is able to directly manufacture round powders by spraying and drying without using toxic acids as solvents, is environment-friendly, is able to reduce time and costs required in manufacture of metal salt round powders since a manufacturing process is simple, increases the solubility of the metal salt solution, improves the concentration of the metal salt solution and is able to control the size of the metal salt round powders.
