PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, device, and system for controlling tunnel identifier allocation.SOLUTION: An allocation method includes: determining whether or not a serving gateway can modify a tunnel end point identifier and/or an IP (Internet protocol) address depending on a type of a present procedure (S110); and transmitting to the serving gateway a bearer modification request message used for notifying the serving gateway of whether or not the serving gateway can modify the tunnel end point identifier and/or the IP address (S120). According to one embodiment, missing of a service data packet of a user or service interruption resulting from the modification of the tunnel end point identifier and/or the IP address by the serving gateway can be avoided. |
