PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize pause time estimation based on specific information when the state of reach to a buffer upper limit can be checked from capture data in a tablet terminal or smart phone.SOLUTION: In the present invention, on the basis of given capture data, a buffer upper limit reach time is detected, and a user pause operation time estimation value is calculated based on capture data, a given player buffer model, and the parameter estimation value of this model. When a user pause operation time estimation value is calculated, a user pause operation time estimation value included in a period from the buffer upper limit reach time to an estimation stop time is calculated based on the player parameter estimation value of a given player buffer model and based on a detected buffer upper limit reach time. Alternatively, it is calculated based on a given buffer length, a reproduction start threshold, and a detected buffer upper limit time. |
