The present invention relates to an acoustic transducer and, especially, to an acoustic transducer with a sound pressure adjustment function, which is capable of amplifying the sound pressure of an electrical signal while maintaining the amplitude of the electrical signal (acoustic signal) applied from an external source and the temperature of the acoustic transducer in a range of a desired reference value. The acoustic transducer with a sound pressure adjustment function according to the present invention comprises: a frame; a magnetic circuit which is installed in the frame; a voice coil which receives an electrical signal to be vibrated by a mutual electromagnetic force with the magnetic circuit; and a diaphragm which is vibrated by the vibration of the voice coil to generate sound. The acoustic transducer includes a sound pressure correction device which processes an electrical signal applied from an external source on the basis of gain data and applies the processed electrical signal to the voice coil, wherein the sound pressure correction device amplifies or attenuates an applied electrical signal depending on the gain data such that the amplitude of the diaphragm is within the maximum allowable amplitude and the temperature of the voice coil is within the maximum allowable temperature.
