<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out maintenance work on a target support tool without affecting other support tools except the target support tool. <P>SOLUTION: A reception part 11 receives a maintenance request for a support tool of a medical service. An acquisition part 12 acquires a utilization schedule of the support tools to be affected by the operation of maintenance work relating to the received maintenance request.
