The present invention relates to a robot-monitoring teaching operation system to diversify functions of a teaching operator by mounting a camera inside the teaching operator as well as a method of teaching operation, and provides a configuration comprising; a teaching operator to control robot motion; and a photographing means mounted on the teaching operator; and a transmission means mounted on the teaching operator to transmit information of images photographed by the photographing means or voices to the operation system. According to the teaching operation system and the teaching operation method, the operation system can provide real-time monitoring for surrounding conditions of an operating robot, while an operator operates the teaching operator at the same time.
