<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to reduce influence of a disturbing signal. <P>SOLUTION: A processing section 156 generates timing information related to a timing with which each wireless device should synchronize when the each wireless device performs notification of a signal in order to control communication between the wireless devices. A modulation-demodulation section 154 or the like performs notification of the generated timing information. A RF section 152 or the like receives a signal that is synchronized with the timing information of which the notification has been performed and used in the communication between the wireless devices. When the signal that is asynchronous with the timing information is received, if a duration of the signal continues longer than a first threshold value and a quality of the signal is degraded lower than a second threshold value, a determination section 168 detects that the received signal is the disturbing signal.
