The present invention relates to a hot water generation system and a hot water generation apparatus capable of used in a vehicle for leisure. The present invention suggests a hot water generation system including: a hydrocarbon constituent extracting unit extracting a hydrocarbon constituent from the supplied fuel; an electric energy generating unit generating electric energy using the hydrocarbon constituent; a tail gas processing unit processing the tail air generated when electric energy is generated; a hot water generating unit generating hot water using the heat generated when tail gas is processed. According to the present invention, a vehicle fuel can be saved, and energy efficiency is improved by reusing the heat generated by a fuel cell system.
