The present invention relates to a sodium-sulfur rechargeable battery which is capable of having a stable functioning in any arranged angle, easy to control the inner pressure, and to evenly provide sodium on a solid electrolyte surface, sulfur accommodating anode chamber and sodium accommodating cathode chamber, the solid electrolyte in forms of board selectively moving sodium ion as arranged between the anode and cathode chamber, and includes insulating ring to insulate anode and cathode chamber as installed along the perimeter of the solid electrolyte. The battery comprises a battery part, an anode plate for sealing the anode chamber, a cathode container supplying sodium to the cathode chamber as accommodating sodium inside, and a pressure generating part for applying sodium supply pressure to inside of the cathode container and at least one of injection hole moving sodium as connected to the cathode chamber. |
