The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device which includes: a substrate; a pixel electrode which is arranged on the substrate; an intermediate layer which is arranged on the pixel electrode and includes an organic light emitting layer; a counter electrode which is arranged on the intermediate layer; and a thin film encapsulating layer which is arranged on the counter electrode. The thin film encapsulating layer includes: a first inorganic layer and a second inorganic layer which are arranged on the counter electrode; a first organic layer which is interposed between the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer and has a first thickness; and a second organic layer which has a second thickness which is thicker than the first thickness.
