摘要 The present invention relates to a precast box with a friction decreasing plate and a non-open cut tunneling method using the same and, more specifically, to a precast box applied in the non-open cut tunneling method, wherein the precast box is installed on the upper surface of the precast box and has a friction decreasing plate for decreasing friction on the ground when the precast box is pressed in the ground. The present invention is not required to use a conventional loop pipe for preventing ground subsidence and prevents the ground subsidence generated by difference between cross sectional areas by removing the step difference between a tip shoe and the precast box by producing the stepped part of the tip shoe for the loop pipe in a plane shape. The friction decreasing plate having less coefficient of friction is installed in the precast box, and the friction between the precast box and earth and sand when the precast box is pressed in the ground, so that the precast box with a friction decreasing plate and the non-open cut tunneling method using the same can minimize pressure applied to the ground surface by the compressed earth and sand and minimize the compression of earth and sand due to the friction between the precast box and the earth and sand. Therefore, although the precast box is gradually pressed in the ground, the precast box with a friction decreasing plate and the non-open cut tunneling method using the same can prevent the bulging of ground surface and improve the construction performance of the tunnel because the precast box is easily pressed in the ground.
