The heavy object lifting apparatus of the present invention comprises: a temporary frame vertically installed inside or outside a building and having at least one guide rail; a lifting carrier lifted along the temporary frame and lifting building materials; a lifting unit installed at the lifting carrier and the guide rail, and lifting the lifting unit; a lifting guide installed at the upper side or the lower side of the lifting carrier; a lifting cylinder installed between the lifting guide and the lifting carrier; and a position fixing unit fixing the position of the lifting guide when the lifting carrier is lifted or moved down by the operation of the lifting cylinder. |
