VIDEO SIGNAL PROCESSING CIRCUIT CORRESONDING TO MOVEMENT

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in the picture quality by using a movement processing circuit so as to apply filter processing to a movement detected by a movement detection circuit so as to reduce the disturbance by a scanning line correction in error. CONSTITUTION:The movement detection circuit 11 detects the itner-frame move ment by an inter-frame difference signal generated by a subtractor 10 and supplies the result to the movement processing circuit 12. The processing circuit 12 expands horizontally the expanded output in the horizontal direction by a horizontal filter 15 further by a horizontal filter 16. Then a coefficient is multiplied and the result is retarded by nearly 1 field by a field memory 18 and a 1H memory 19 and a maximum device 20 obtains the maximum value of the filter 15 and the memories 18, 19. This signal, that is, the output of the circuit 2 controls the mixer 9. Thus, the disturbance by erroneous scanning line correction is reduced. Then the deterioration in the picture qualitty is prevented.
