PURPOSE:To form an extremely fine grain to the surface of a film, by such a simple method that outer thermoplastic resin layer is laminated to a soft vinyl chloride resin layer containing a specific amount of a plasticizer through a resin layer having a good interlaminar bonding property before the ply separation of both layers is performed. CONSTITUTION:A soft vinyl chloride resin composition obtained by kneading 40pts.wt. of a plasticizer with 100pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin is supplied to an extruder 22, and a vinyl chloride resin and a resin having a good interlaminar bonding property such as an olefin-vinyl acetate copolymer is supplied to an extruder 23 and, further, a thermoplastic resin such as low density polyethylene or linear low density polyethylene is supplied to an extruder 24. All of the resins are respectively kneaded and melted at 180 deg.C and supplied to a three-layer coextrusion composite die 30 to obtain a molten film consisting of three layers. This film is heated between rolls in a heating medium tank 35 and, subsequently, the heated film is passed between rolls in a cooling medium tank 36 to be cooled and, thereafter, the soft vinyl chloride resin film is released.
