PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BIM system, a server device, a terminal device, a method, and a program that, in proposing a facility plan of an elevator, are capable of displaying a state where the elevator is installed in a building in an easily visually understandable manner.SOLUTION: A BIM system is communicably connected to a server device and a terminal device. The server device creates BIM parts of an elevator using parts information, and transmits the created BIM parts of the elevator to the terminal device. The terminal device creates an integrated BIM model obtained by integrating the BIM parts transmitted from the server device into a BIM model of a building, generates a layout screen including the created integrated BIM model, and displays the generated layout screen on a display unit. At the time of renewal of the elevator, the terminal device generates a layout screen in which integrated BIM models before and after the renewal are arranged side by side, and displays it on the display unit. |
