摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement device capable of reducing an influence of the periodic fluctuation of a flow rate, and thus improving measurement accuracy of the total flow rate of fluids.SOLUTION: A flow rate measurement device includes: a plurality of flow paths 3A to 3C arranged between an inlet 1 and an outlet 2; flow rate gauges 4A to 4C, which are arranged on the flow paths 3A to 3C respectively, for measuring a flow rate of fluids flowing through the flow paths 3A to 3C; and a flow rate computing unit 5 for computing the total flow rate of the fluids flowing from the inlet 1 to the outlet 2, from the flow rate measured by the flow rate gauges 4A to 4C. Each of the flow rate gauges 4A to 4C is configured to have the same start point of a first period and to execute measurement of the flow rate of fluids within the first period a predetermined number of times. Two or more flow rate gauges are configured to be different in a timing for executing measurement of the flow rate of initial fluids within the first period.
