PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a measure position of a music piece.SOLUTION: A measure position determination device performs: preprocessing (S01) of allocating a temporary beat number to every beat position of a music piece and generating N variables corresponding to the number N of beats; first peak position processing (S02) of, when a peak position interval between a first peak position showing a first peak position of a music waveform in the music piece and a peak position subsequent to the first peak position is close to a beat interval of the music piece, adding a point to the variable corresponding to the temporary beat number closest to the first peak position; second peak position processing (S03) of, when a peak position interval between a second peak position showing a first peak position right after a break section in the music piece and a peak position subsequent to the second peak position is close to the beat interval of the music piece, adding a point to the variable corresponding to the temporary beat number closest to the second peak position; and measure head candidate evaluation processing (S04) of determining the beat position of the temporary beat number corresponding to the variable with the most points added, as a measure head position. |
