PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous plate manufacturing tool that can be used for efficiently manufacturing a porous plate having fine through holes, a method of manufacturing a porous plate using the porous plate manufacturing tool, and a porous plate.SOLUTION: Provided is a porous plate manufacturing tool 10 used for forming a plurality of through holes 3 on a flat plate F, and a block 11 where grooves 11g are formed in a grid shape on one end surface and which has a plurality of protrusions 12 whose cross section is a rectangular shape and surfaces are formed by inner surfaces of the grooves 11g. The grooves 11g are formed on one surface of the block 11 such that a distance between adjacent protrusions 12 becomes 1 to 100 μm. Since a plurality of protrusions 12 are formed on one surface of the block 11, a plurality of through holes 3 can be formed in the flat plate F at once when the protrusions 12 of the block 11 are pierced once. Therefore, production efficiency for manufacturing the porous plate 1 having the plurality of through holes 3 can be improved. |
