PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection member cleaner, a particle detection device and a method for manufacturing the collection member cleaner capable of preventing the fall-off of bristles of a brush, and improving the reliability of measurement.SOLUTION: A collection member cleaner configured to clean the collection member of a particle detection device includes: a brush section having a brush bristles 54 and a knitted-in section 55 in which the bottom of the brush bristles 54 is knitted in and held; and a pedestal section 52 having a placement surface 52c on which the knitted-in section 55 is placed and a fixing section to which the brush section is adhered. The knitted-in section 55 includes two first outer faces 55a and 55b positioned at both ends of the placement surface 52c, and extended in parallel with a direction in which the brush bristles 54 are extended. An area including at least a part of the two first outer faces 55a and 55b is adhered to the fixing section with adhesive so that the brush section 51 can be fixed to the pedestal section 52.
