PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective power saving in an air-conditioning control system for controlling a plurality of air conditioners in a predetermined target area.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning control system (50) comprises a group determination unit (54) for classifying air conditioners (10) in a target area (A) into a plurality of groups (No.1, No.2) and an air-conditioning control unit (55) for performing fluctuation control so that the air conditioners (10) in the target area (A) alternately repeat normal operation in which a set temperature is set as a target and power saving operation in which air-conditioning capacity is restricted as compared with the normal operation respectively at predetermined periods. The air-conditioning control unit (55) performs fluctuation control by setting phases of the normal operation and the power saving operation of the air conditioners (10) in the same group out of the plurality of groups (NO.1, No.2) determined by the group determination unit (54) to the same phase and shifting the phase of the normal operation of the air conditioners (10) in the different groups out of the plurality of groups (No.1, No.2) by predetermined time. |
