PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of effectively using non-contact communications regardless of style of the electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an electronic apparatus includes: a base unit that has a top surface with a keyboard disposed thereon; a display unit that can be set at either a first position where a display surface of the display unit and the top surface are exposed or a second position where the display surface of the display unit is exposed and a back surface of the display unit covers the top surface; and an antenna switch. The antenna switch changes an antenna to be used by a non-contact communication device from a first antenna disposed on the top surface of the base unit to a second antenna disposed at a position not covered by the display unit in the electronic apparatus in accordance with change in the set position from the first position to the second position.
