PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member with a screw groove at its inner periphery in the form of linearly advancing in a first sleeve by fragilely combining a second sleeve and a member provided with a screw groove on its inner periphery and separating it by a rotating function after insertion to the first sleeve. SOLUTION: An attachement 24 being the end part member of a holding member 12 at a position away from a packed material 22 is combined with the residual part of a holding member 12 via a previously set breaking point 26. At the time of rotating the member 12 with respect to a handle 10, the attachment 24 is continually rotated with respect to the handle 10 by the operation of a rib. As a result, the previously set breaking point 26 is broken. Once this previously set point 26 is broken, the attachment 24 constitutes a member with the screw groove on its inner peripheral and is rotated with respect to the member 12 with the handle 10. As a result, a packed material mounting member 16 incorporating packed material is pressed out to the left in and axial direction from an opening.
