The present invention relates to a bullet-proof composite including polyurethane and a manufacturing method thereof, and, more specifically, to a bullet-proof composite including a coated layer consisting of a coating solution containing vinyl ester and polyurethane on a polyethylene fabric, or a bullet-proof composite manufactured by laminating a polyethylene fabric coated with vinyl ester, and a polyethylene fabric coated with polyurethane, which improves the bullet-proof effect of the composite by distributing/absorbing the impact energy of a bullet, and a manufacturing method thereof.
