PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BIM system, a server device, a terminal device, a method, and a program that, in proposing a facility plan of an elevator, are capable of displaying a state where the proposed elevator is installed in an easily visually understandable manner.SOLUTION: A BIM system according to an embodiment comprises at least a control unit, a storage unit, and a display unit. The storage unit stores a BIM model, and parts information. The control unit creates BIM parts corresponding to an input creation condition using the parts information. On the basis of an examination condition related to a transported object, building information included in the BIM model, and the created BIM parts, the control unit executes simulation related to carrying-in/out of the transported object using an elevator represented by the BIM parts, and displays the result on the display unit. |
