<p>FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery industry and can be used for mowing grass, grain and small shrubs. The rotary mower comprises a hitch, a V-belt drive, a main gearbox, a detachable beam, skis, cutting discs. The main gearbox comprises only conical pairs. The detachable beam consists of a bottom and a flat lid. The bottom and the lid form a sealed container. The removable cups of bearing assemblies are mounted on the flat lid. In the bearing assemblies the shafts are mounted. On the upper ends of the shafts the cutting discs with blades are mounted. At the lower ends of the shafts the bevel gears are located. The gears are paired with bevel gears mounted on the horizontal shafts. The horizontal shafts are mounted in the bearing assemblies mounted in the paired plates. The plates are located at a distance b from each other, and are fixedly secured in the bottom of the detachable beam with a pitch t.EFFECT: decrease of metal consumption is provided, simplification of design, ease of maintenance and increase in service life of the mower.5 dwg</p> |
