PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BIM system, a server device, a terminal device, a method and a program capable of easy and quick examination at a time of installation of a lift within a lift path.SOLUTION: The BIM system creates a BIM part corresponding to a creation condition input by a user with a use of part information for creating the BIM part of a lift to be installed within a lift path space model imitating a lift path, and extracts a difference area which is an area of the lift path in the lift path space model after deduction of a motion area of the BIM part, as a non-interference area where the area of the lift path and the motion area of the lift do not interfere with each other, when the BIM part is installed within the lift path space model. |
