PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface enhanced Raman spectroscopic analysis(SERS) substrate which is high in enhancement effects and a method for manufacturing it and the use of it.SOLUTION: A surface enhanced Raman spectroscopic analysis(SERS) substrate includes: a ferroelectric single crystal having the polarization inversion pattern of spontaneous polarization constituted of a polarization inverted section and a polarization noninverted section; and a metallic dot positioned on only the polar surface of one of the polarization noninverted section and the polarization inverted section. |
