PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a first semiconductor layer 3 containing at least one of water molecules and hydroxide ions, and a group I-III-VI compound; and a second semiconductor layer 4 provided on the first semiconductor layer 3 and containing at least one of a group II-VI compound and a group III-VI compound. In the present embodiment, the at least one of the water molecules and the hydroxide ions are coordinated to at least one of a group I-B element and a group III-B element of the group I-III-VI compound in the first semiconductor layer 3. |
