PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing acylated sterol glycoside at high concentration.SOLUTION: The method of producing acylated sterol glycoside includes: a first step extraction operation in which rice bran as an ingredient is subjected to a supercritical extraction operation using carbon dioxide; and a second step extraction operation in which a residue is subjected to a supercritical extraction operation using carbon dioxide and ethanol.
