FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: device for removal of ice coating (1) from wires (2) contains a unit for pulsed shaking up of wires inserted into mechanical circuit of wire suspension that consists of suspension insulator string (3) fixed by a hook (4) to horizontal cross arm (5) of anchor support. Unit for pulsed shaking up of wires is made as cavity (6) in cross arm with two permanent magnets (7) and (8) placed in it; one of magnets is screwed onto threaded end (9) of the hook while the other magnet is fixed rigidly in cavity and its position can be regulated by screw (12). Gap between magnets (7) and (8) under weight of coating ensures pulsed shaking up of the wire and removal of ice coating respectively.EFFECT: increasing efficiency and simplifying design.1 dwg
