PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing grain-oriented electrical steel sheets with improved adhesion and a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet manufactured by the same are provided to improve wettability of coating agent by increasing surface energy because the surface of grain-oriented electrical steel sheets is pretreated by using glow discharge. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing grain-oriented electrical steel sheets is as follows. Grain-oriented electrical steel sheets removing a forsterite layer are provided. The surface of the grain-oriented electrical steel sheets is processed by glow discharge. Tension coating agent is spread to form a film. The steel sheets are dried and heated. The thickness of the film is 0.5-6.0μm. The thickness of the electrical steel sheets is 150-300μm. The tension of the film is 0.4-1.0 kgf/mm^2. |
