PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a bottled green tea drink which has excellent flavor intrinsic to green tea and hardly causes occurrence of turbidity, sedimentation, aggregation, dreg, or floc during a long-term storage.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes the steps of: a) plucking raw leaves during a period from a time when a time period (T3) from a time-lapse (T1) from sunrise excluding a rain fall period (T2) reaches 420 minutes to a later time until 24 hour of the date of the sunrise; b) processing the plucked raw leaves into unrefined tea; c) processing the obtained unrefined tea into finished tea; and d) contacting the obtained finished tea with a solvent. |
