PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring deterioration state of a developer capable of accurately evaluating the deterioration state of a carrier, an image forming apparatus, and a maintenance management system.SOLUTION: A device for measuring deterioration state of a developer which measures the deterioration state of a developer comprising two components of a carrier and a toner includes a pair of electrodes and a pair of magnets. The pair of magnets are arranged opposite each other at an interval and the pair of electrodes are arranged opposite each other at an interval between the pair of magnets. The carrier is sampled between the pair of electrodes by the magnetic field of the pair of magnets and the electric resistance value of the sampled carrier is measured. The device for measuring deterioration state of a developer, an image forming apparatus, and a maintenance management system are provided.
