The present invention relates to: a use of SIRT7 genes as a diagnosis marker for liver cell cancer and liver cancer, based on the fact wherein the expression of the SIRT7 genes is an indicator for the occurrence and proliferating activity of liver cell cancer or the transactivation of a cell cycle; an anti-cancer use of the SIRT7 gene expression control. The present invention relates to a cell cycle control ability of the SIRT7 genes using a cancer control function of specific miRNA based on the relation of the SIRT7 gene expression and the specific miRNA, and a cancer growth inhibition ability according to the cell cycle control ability.
