<p>The invention relates to a device (30) for driving an electrically conductive unit (6) of an electrical cutoff apparatus of the circuit breaker type, the device including a rotary input shaft (32) as well as an output member (34) comprising a point (22) for attaching to the electrically conductive unit, the attachment point being translatably movable in a direction (11) of a movement of said electrically conductive unit.
