<p>The present invention relates to a continuous carbon nanotube manufacturing apparatus using a metallic membrane and a continuous carbon nanotube manufacturing method using a metallic membrane and, more specifically, to a continuous carbon nanotube manufacturing apparatus using a metallic membrane comprising: a reaction unit in which carbon nanotubes are synthesized; a separation unit which separates mixture gas from the carbon nanotubes transferred from the reaction unit; a gas separation unit of a metallic membrane type which removes a part or the whole of at least one gas component from the separated mixture gas; and a recirculation pipe which recirculates filtered mixture gas to the carbon nanotube reaction unit, and a continuous carbon nanotube manufacturing method using a metallic membrane. The present invention facilitates a high speed process, exhibits excellent productivity and the conversion rate of a carbon source, does not need the installation of a heat exchanger since temperature does not have to be lowered in gas separation, dramatically reduces production costs by recirculating gas after being emitted from the reaction unit without passing a cooling process and reducing calorie required for a preheater, reduces energy consumption by reducing the size of the reaction unit in comparison to a capacity, and scarcely generates waste gas.</p> |
