The device has a multimodal transport box or container (1) adapted to pass from a closed configuration to a deployed configuration in a reversible manner. The box forms a transport unit and a utilization zone (Z) of capital equipments or goods in the configurations, such that a manufacturing machine manufactures reinforcements (37, 39) formed of electrical cabinet (34), handling carriage (35), metal rods/ bars (36) and rack (41) for reinforced concrete. The box has a collar (13) on a portion of solid walls (14-17) to modify a dimension of the wall defining a useful inner height (H) of the box.
