The device has upper and lower gutters placed on upper and lower dental arches of a patient. Lateral rods connect the gutters at ends by supports of rods fixed on exterior face of the gutters. The supports include a base (34) implanted in the gutters, and are surmounted by a conical base plate (33). The base follows a peripheral cylindrical main body (32) comprising a profile of convex cross section. The body includes a largest diameter lower than that of the base plate. The body is ended by a partially spherical insertion head (31) whose largest diameter is greater than that of the body.
