<p>A method for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present invention: comprises the following steps of setting a command for entering a private mode by designating the direction and number of turning a page on a home screen including multiple pages in a normal mode, and operating the private mode including an application menu and a data storage space apart from the normal mode when the entering command is inputted; and is characterized by being able to check a log record and data of an application, which is operated in the private mode, only in the private mode. As a result, user privacy can be protected in an optimal way by managing private data and a log record using a private mode whose presence is only known by a user apart from normal mode.</p> |
