PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaped sheet formed of fiber, which can be used for various purposes; to provide the shaped sheet which can be suitably used as a surface sheet for an absorbent product, which can help the absorbent product achieve a high absorption/retention of liquids, etc., constrain or prevent excreted urine, unformed stool and other wastes from spreading and leaking through the surface, constrain excreted liquids from moving back and clinging to the skin of a user, and protect the skin from having rashes and other problems; and to provide the shaped sheet for the absorbent product, which has the function of absorbing liquids and the like as well as flexibility and a cushioning property, feels good and soft, has a draping property, and has the good touch feeling maintained for a prolonged time.SOLUTION: A shaped sheet formed of fiber comprises a great number of salients 3 and barrier-like connection parts 5 by which the projection parts 3 are mutually connected. The fiber density of the barrier-like connection parts 5 is higher than that of the projection parts 3. |
