Provided in the present invention is a system for information analysis in a network transaction. The system for information analysis in the network transaction is characterized in that the analysis system comprises: a product information database, used for storing product information; a personal spending space, used for issuing and retaining subscription information of a user; an information issuing module, used for issuing the subscription information in the personal spending space; an extractor module, used for extracting the subscription information from the personal spending space; and a classification, statistic compilation, and analysis module, used for performing classification, statistic compilation, or analysis processing on the subscription information, then for transmitting to a server end relevant information that has been classified, compiled for statistics, or analyzed. Also disclosed is a method for information analysis in the network transaction. The disclosed system and method for information analysis allow for transmission of the subscription information of the user to the server end after classification, statistic compilation, or analysis processing, thus guiding the server end in making a prospective judgment on the production quantity of merchandise. |
