The wheel (10) has a control device (24) that is coupled to a sensor (22) for detecting a steering angle of steering wheel. The control device is set for determining an orientation of a symbol (20) on display (18). The symbol is displayed along vertical direction (V) independent of steering angle of steering wheel. A symbol center (M) is displayed at same position on display independent of steering angle of steering wheel. An independent claim is included for a method for outputting symbol to steering wheel.
